Luca Jordt started out as a communication designer before growing into a creative director, focusing strongly on concept development and storytelling. He specializes in crafting narratives that connect ideas, people and perspectives. Creating clarity and enabling empathy for complex matters. With over eight years of experience as a creative, he develops meaningful concepts that encourage dialogue.
Simon Merath is an Experience Designer and Creative Director specialising in sustainable project development. He translates complex ideas and future-oriented thinking into momentum that inspires others. With over 10 years in the design industry, he focuses on the synthesis of systemic design, storytelling and social dynamics.
Alexandra Whörle is a Creative Director, community builder, and facilitator. With a background spanning marketing and design, she has grown into a practice that is less about one discipline than about the bridges between them. She moves between vision and execution, between the individual and the collective. She works across creative conception, futures-oriented development, and social dynamics. She holds space where ideas find form and become something people can move with.
It's hard to believe that one person alone can change history. It feels difficult and exhausting. It requires enormous strength, and it hurts to keep running into walls.
But how wonderful it is to see the spark in someone’s eyes when your enthusiasm ignites theirs. Because every movement begins with one person who dares to inspire another.
Orientation by design for us is not about dictate direction. It's about creating the conditions in which people can find their bearings.
Design, at its best, doesn't just solve problems. It helps us understand where we are, imagine where we could go, and take the first steps together. We trust that design can rebuild, reconnect and unite for a bigger purpose.
Active change does not happen in isolation. It cannot be driven by good intentions alone, a single idea, or individual effort. Meaningful change emerges when people move together.
We believe that collective action creates momentum by aligning many voices, skills, and behaviors toward a shared vision. It convinces the critical mass – not through force, but through resonance – activating belief, participation, and sustained engagement within a target group.
It is the belief that progress is possible, even when the path ahead is unclear. With curiosity, courage, and trust in humanity, we move forward, shaping the future not by fear, but by possibility.
So why look backward at all? To learn what has worked and what we no longer wish to support. But where we want to go matters more for the present than where we have been. The direction we choose today defines the future we are creating.
Momentum needs a starting point. Change does not accelerate on its own, it requires initiative. We choose to initiate, creating our own movement while helping others catalyze momentum. Instead of waiting for the right conditions, we shape them.
With our background in empathic leadership and design direction, we are intrinsically driven to co-create and intentionally apply our skills to help build a world we want to live in.
